Because this package includes customized consulting, planning materials, and digital resources, all purchases are final once work has begun. Scheduled consulting sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

If Compass & Core must cancel a scheduled session, clients may reschedule or receive a refund for the affected portion of the service.

Consulting sessions are conducted virtually, and all customized planning documents and templates are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped.
