05.VIP: Done-for-You Retreat Planning & Management
Designed for retreat leaders who want comprehensive support from concept through follow-up. Compass & Core manages the planning process, including venue scouting and contracting support, retreat design, logistics, vendor coordination, guest systems, and marketing campaign development. After the retreat, receive guidance for maintaining guest connection and building lasting community around future offerings.
06.Retreat Branding Kit Add-On
Create a cohesive visual identity that makes your retreat feel polished, intentional, and recognizable. This add-on includes a custom color palette, font pairing, and retreat logo or icon, along with editable Canva templates for social media posts, flyers, welcome materials, and key participant communications. Every guest touchpoint will feel consistent and aligned with the retreat experience. Website design is not included and may be scoped separately.

Compass & Core researches and recommends destination-specific excursions-from guided hikes and paddling to food tours, creative workshops, and cultural sites-based on your theme, location, guests, schedule, transportation needs, and desired downtime. This add-on covers research and planning only; admission, transportation, permits, equipment, guides, vendors, and other third-party costs are not included.

On-Site Retreat Instructor or Guide Add-On
Add an experienced on-site instructor or guide to support your retreat program. Based on the retreat’s goals and location, Compass & Core will help coordinate an appropriate provider for experiences such as yoga, mindfulness, sound, outdoor activities, or destination-specific programming. The final scope, schedule, provider availability, and any travel, lodging, permit, or third-party costs will be confirmed in writing before services are finalized.
09.Retreat Guest Welcome Kit Design Add-On
Create a thoughtful, organized welcome experience for retreat guests. Compass & Core will design a customized welcome-kit concept that may include a retreat schedule, packing list, travel guidance, arrival information, welcome materials, and recommendations for optional branded gifts. Final content is tailored to the retreat’s theme, location, and guest needs. Physical merchandise, printing, assembly, and shipping are not included unless specifically listed in a written proposal.
