Over five days, we’ll begin mornings with energizing Pilates, move through scenic desert trails and mountain terrain, and close each day with restorative yoga and sound baths. Throughout the experience, we’ll cultivate genuine connection through shared experiences, quiet reflection, and grounded moments of community.
With beautiful accommodations and an intentionally small group of 8–12 participants, there is space to feel truly seen, supported, and at ease.

Escape to our luxury retreat home in Kanab, nestled among striking red rock vistas and set on five peaceful acres of open desert landscape. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and connection, this private desert oasis offers a spacious, elevated setting that feels grounding yet intentionally removed from the pace of everyday life.

The home features modern interiors paired with expansive outdoor living, inviting both movement and rest throughout the day. Whether beginning the morning with Pilates, returning from nearby trails, or unwinding into evening restorative yoga and sound, the space supports a natural rhythm of activity and stillness.
With amenities including a private pool, hot tub, fire pit, and pickleball court, as well as generous outdoor gathering spaces, there are countless opportunities to move, play, slow down, and connect throughout the day. Evenings invite stargazing under the vast Utah sky, offering a quiet, expansive backdrop for reflection and integration.

Designed to comfortably host our small group, the home includes multiple living spaces, well-appointed bedrooms, and areas for both privacy and shared experience, creating an environment where you can feel at ease, supported, and fully present.

Itinerary:
Below is a general overview of our itinerary. While this outline reflects the rhythm and flow of the retreat, Utah’s landscape, weather, and occasional new opportunities may invite thoughtful adjustments along the way. We remain flexible by design, allowing the experience to unfold in a way that best supports the group, the environment, and the moment-all while staying true to the heart of the retreat.

1) Pay in full at time of booking
2) Pay $1600 deposit. You will receive an email for the remaining balance that will be divided into two equal payments due on July 1 & September 1 . Email info@compassandcore.com after payment stating the room you are reserving.

All deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied towards a future Compass & Core retreat.
