These immersive sound sessions are designed to calm the nervous system, create space for restoration, and support a deeper sense of presence. Using crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, and layered instrumentation, each experience is thoughtfully curated to meet the energy and intention of the session.
Sessions are available for individuals, couples, duos, or trios and can take place in my studio located within Phoenix Performance Massage or at your location. Whether you’re seeking deep rest, grounding, connection, or simply a pause from the noise of daily life, each session is created to feel supportive, intentional, and fully personalized.
