6-Week Yoga Teacher Mentorship Program with Roxanne / Compass & Core
The Yoga Teacher Mentorship Program is a personalized 6 week, one-on-one experience designed to support yoga teachers in developing greater confidence, clarity, and authenticity in their teaching. Whether you are newly certified, returning after time away, or simply looking to refine your skills and reconnect with your voice as a teacher, this mentorship offers individualized guidance tailored to your unique path.
Over four weeks, we’ll work together to strengthen both the practical and intuitive aspects of teaching. Sessions may include support with sequencing, cueing, class structure, theming, nervous system awareness, student connection, hands-on adjustments (if desired), and cultivating a grounded, confident presence in the room. We’ll also explore the subtle art of holding space, teaching authentically, and leading from a place of steadiness rather than performance.

Weekly one-on-one mentorship sessions (schedule the first one, then we'll schedule the other weekly 5 sessions)

Expect to spend a total of 3-4 hours a week.
This mentorship is less about becoming a different teacher and more about deepening into the teacher you already are, with greater clarity, trust, and intention. 🌿 All sessions will be held at the studio 215 Center Park Drive, Suite 1700 or online if approved prior.
Requirements: Must have successfully completed a 200 YRYT .

WEEK 1: FINDING YOUR FOUNDATION
We begin by exploring your teaching journey, strengths, challenges, and goals. This week is about creating clarity around the kind of teacher you want to be and how you want students to feel in your classes.
WEEK 2: INTELLIGENT SEQUENCING
Learn how to build classes that feel intentional, balanced, and cohesive. We’ll explore structure, pacing, transitions, and creating experiences that feel both accessible and meaningful.
WEEK 3: THE ART OF CUEING
Refine the way you communicate with students through verbal cueing, tone, pacing, and language. This week focuses on clarity, confidence, and helping students feel supported without overwhelming them.
WEEK 4: HOLDING SPACE & STUDENT CONNECTION
Teaching is more than delivering poses. We’ll explore presence, nervous system awareness, trauma-informed considerations, and the subtle art of creating a space where students feel safe, seen, and grounded.
WEEK 5: AUTHENTICITY & TEACHER CONFIDENCE
This week focuses on moving beyond comparison and performance. Together, we’ll strengthen your confidence, refine your unique teaching voice, and help you teach from a more authentic and aligned place.
WEEK 6: INTEGRATION & NEXT STEPS
Our final week brings everything together through reflection, feedback, and continued growth planning. You’ll leave with practical tools, greater clarity, and a stronger sense of trust in yourself as a teacher.
